Zeynep Didem Bardakcı is an architect, site-specific artist and spatial experience consultant, founder of Zeynep Didem Bardakcı Studio and In Between, based in Istanbul.
Zeynep Didem Bardakcı studied architecture at Istanbul Technical University and continued her education in Florence, adding art history and later design courses, including at Stanford University. She began her practice with Axis & Line, a façade and display-window firm that delivered work for hotel developments and prestige brands, including projects in the Middle East. The need to produce site-specific objects and sculptures in-house led her to found a studio and then Art & More Gallery, which opened in Akaretler, Istanbul in November 2022 with the exhibition Zeyn’s Cells. Renamed Zeynep Didem Bardakcı Studio, it now produces sculpture and site-specific work for residences and architectural projects. In 2026 she founded In Between, an independent spatial experience consultancy for hotels, retreats and restaurants.
